REFUND POLICY:
Please read the subscription terms and conditions carefully before subscribing to any of the subscription plans, as once you have subscribed you cannot change, cancel your subscription plan. Once you subscribe and make the required payment, it shall be final and there cannot be any changes or modifications to the same and neither will there be any refund.
TERMINATION & CANCELLATION:
Speeder Couriers may suspend, restrict, block, cancel your registration if you breach these terms or the privacy policy, Infringement of any intellectual property rights, violation of any applicable laws, any fraudulent activity or for any reasonable purposes. Once your account is cancelled all of your Content will be immediately deleted. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice at any time.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel your account at any time by emailing info@speedercouriers.com Once your account is cancelled all of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Speeder Courier service for any reason, without notice at any time. Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, Speeder Couriers may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the Site. Note: No refunds are offered, even if a plan is cancelled mid-year.
FRANCHISE PROGRAM REFUND POLICY:
Transfer of Franchise contract / agreement is permissible only with the written consent of both the parties and Speeder Couriers with certain terms and conditions. A nominal transfer fee of 30% is also applicable. Cancellation of contract shall be as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the existing agreement. Refund of deposits will be made by Speeder Couriers after completion of the contract or lock-in period, whichever is later. Terms and conditions as mentioned in the contract copy shall apply. Advance amount paid for the franchise will not get refunded.
